I don’t think that lying on your CV is the best way to start your new job…
I wouldn’t worry about it, put what you have done, but also put what you’re good at. (computers, etc)
Put something that you believe you are: responsible, on time, respectful, etc.
But also, seek CVs online (Yahoo), and follow their format.

Hi,
Have you think of why you have this problem? The main thing is you may have a low education qualification,so you are worry and don’t know how to start off with.
I suggest you to take up some profesional part time course at some private school, this will strengthening your resume in future.
